Since its formation in 1978, McGregor Interests has concentrated its efforts on Traditional Real Estate Investments to build wealth and provide a hedge against inflation for its investors. We have recognized the long term investment nature of real estate in planning acquisition and maintenance of our property with the understanding that this approach will add to the useful life of the property and enhance the profitability of our tenants.
